In This Role, You Will - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
Ideal Candidate Profile - Authorized to work in the United States - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
