What You'll Be Doing
* Provide one-on-one ABA support to students in school settings * Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans * Assist students in developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills * Support student participation and success in classroom activities * Collect data and document progress throughout the school day * Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical supervisors * Promote positive behavior and independence across educational environments
Who We're Looking For
* Compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and adolescents * Reliable professionals with strong communication skills * Team-oriented candidates who are eager to learn and grow * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred * ABA experience is a plus, but not required * Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Special Education, and related majors are encouraged to apply
