Claritas Rx is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare partners with inquiries, information requests, and general assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle information accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
* Assist patients and healthcare partners with questions and requests.
* Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
* Help resolve basic issues and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department.
* Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Work with team members to ensure quality customer support.

* Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
