This is a commission-based position with earning potential starting around $70,000+ per year, depending on performance. The harder you work, the more opportunity you have to earn.
What You'll Do
* Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle * Build lasting relationships and develop repeat and referral business * Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives * Guide customers through the entire purchase process * Follow up with customers and maintain your customer base * Stay knowledgeable about our inventory and vehicle features * Work with the rest of our team to provide an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Positive, outgoing personality * Strong communication and people skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Professional, dependable, and hardworking * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate * Valid driver's license
