Working alongside CROs, biotech and medtech companies, pharmaceutical partners, academic hospitals and research organizations, these collaborations span medical imaging, big data, analytics, and AI modeling and validation across therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal research. Within these projects, Collective Minds acts as a data manager and platform provider, bringing deep expertise in medical imaging to support complex research collaborations. You will act as a playing coach andpersonally manage selected research consortia and contribute scientific and technical expertise when needed. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will combine scientific expertise with commercial understanding, set priorities and drive results through collaboration. You will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within agreed scope and with a clear focus on quality and business value. Your main responsibilities: Drive the research project portfolio, ensuring successful delivery within agreed budgets, timelines, scope and commitments. Collaborate with clinical and technical operations teams to plan capacity, resolve challenges and continuously improve project delivery.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a scientifically experienced and business-minded professional who combines deep expertise in medical imaging with a strong track record of delivering complex research projects. You are analytical, pragmatic and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy collaborating across disciplines, making decisions and finding effective solutions without adding unnecessary complexity. You communicate clearly, build trust with internal and external stakeholders and know how to balance scientific quality with business priorities and efficient execution. We believe you have: A strong scientific background in life sciences, medical sciences, biomedical engineering or a related field, with deep expertise in medical imaging research. Experience from a commercial life sciences, medtech, biotech, pharma, CRO or healthtech environment, including scientific and academic collaborations. Proven experience managing complex research programs or consortia, including budgets, timelines, scope, reporting and project close-outs. Hands-on experience with research consortia, work package delivery, grant writing, grant execution and funding-related reporting. Strong technical skills, including scientific programming, analytical tools and data-driven research workflows. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results across teams and external partners. A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and take initiative. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel internationally as required by research projects, typically approximately every two months. Ability to work regularly from our Stockholm/Danderyd office.

Why join Collective Minds? At Collective Minds, you will join an innovative and ambitious company where technology, science and collaboration come together to make a meaningful difference in healthcare. You will be part of an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making processes, engaged colleagues and the opportunity to influence how things are done. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a strategically important research portfolio, work with leading scientific and industry partners and contribute to the continued growth of an international healthtech company. We look forward to receiving your application!
