Are you a curious problem-solver with a passion for strategy and business transformation? We're looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges, develop impactful solutions, and contribute to high-profile projects across industries.
Key responsibilities
* Support project teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities * Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights * Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business improvement initiatives * Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and other project deliverables * Assist in structuring and solving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses * Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and support project execution * Collaborate closely with colleagues across different seniority levels in a team-oriented environment * Support the implementation of recommendations and track project outcomes where relevant * Stay informed about industry developments and market trends * Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and firm activities
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field * 2 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, industry, or other analytical roles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges * Solid quantitative capabilities and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in teams and build collaborative relationships * Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environments * Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude * Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
