What You’ll Be Doing
As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in bringing our projects to life. You’ll lead a crew on-site and help ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Lead and manage your crew, making sure everyone is set up for success each day * Lay out projects and guide the team through installations * Work on a variety of builds including walkways, patios, natural stone walls, bluestone, pavers, and segmented walls * Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other tools * Help maintain equipment and vehicles, keeping everything clean, safe, and in good working order
What We’re Looking For
* At least 5 years of experience in masonry and landscape construction * A valid Massachusetts driver’s license * Hydraulic license is a plus * Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card * CDL B is preferred * A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example
