About the role
Job Description
* Own and develop the ESG software platform, supporting implementation, rollout, user management and continuous improvement. * Integrate environmental, sustainability and ESG data from multiple sources into one centralized solution. * Ensure data completeness and quality, resolving gaps and inconsistencies with relevant teams and data owners. * Collaborate with Sustainability, IT, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to automate data flows and replace manual Excel processes. * Support system testing, user training and reporting, including ESG data visualization and management reporting
Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting or process improvement. * Exposure to ERP systems, business platforms or digital transformation projects. * Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query or similar tools is an advantage. * Understanding of data quality, governance or master data concepts is beneficial. * Experience with sustainability or ESG is welcomed but not required.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 2300 EUR/month
