Now Hiring – Dietary Aide The Summit of Lawrenceburg is looking for a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team! Our Dietary Aides play an important role in providing our residents with enjoyable meals and a clean, welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities include: * Assist with meal preparation and serving * Set up and clean dining areas * Serve meals and beverages to residents * Wash dishes and clean kitchen/dietary areas * Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures * Assist with storing and organizing food and supplies * Follow resident diet instructions and special dietary needs * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Provide friendly and respectful service to our residents * Assist the dietary team with other duties as needed
Qualifications: * Dependable with a good work ethic * Able to work well as part of a team * Friendly and respectful when working with seniors * Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and reaching * Previous dietary or food-service experience is a plus, but not required
