Your Role: As a Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering professional, high-quality assistance and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat * Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support * Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication * Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures * Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
* Native or fluent Czech speaker * Good level of English for internal communication * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
