About the role
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Residential Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. Job duties to include, but are not limited to: * Coordinate between estimating, installation, and customer. * Ability to read plans and purchase materials. * Written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and inspectors. * Field supervision and quality control inspections. * Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
Requirements: * 5+ years of residential construction industry and carpentry experience * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Computer skill experience, MS Office and Outlook.
This position is full-time, in office. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: * The minimum compensation for this position is $28.00 per hour. * The maximum compensation for this position is $33.00 per hour.
