About the role
Laborer Earth Work Solutions – Douglas Branch Earth Work Solutions is looking for Laborers to join our Douglas branch. This position will assist with roustabout duties, including fencing and general labor on a variety of projects.
Job Duties: * Assist with roustabout work * Help with fencing projects * Perform general labor as needed * Load, unload, and move materials * Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads * Maintain a safe and clean work area
Schedule: * Monday – Friday (occasional weekends if project needs require it) * 10–14 hour shifts, depending on the project * Seasonal work with potential for permanent employment this fall
Requirements: * Must be dependable and willing to work long shifts * Ability to perform physical labor outdoors * Must follow safety procedures * Previous labor, fencing, or roustabout experience is helpful but not required
