What You'll Do:
* Assist with meal preparation and service to support resident dining needs * Maintain clean, safe, and organized dining and food prep areas * Follow dietary and infection control guidelines * Provide respectful and supportive mealtime assistance * Observe and report changes in residents’ eating habits
What You'll Need:
* Must be 18 years of age or older (required) * Must have a state food handlers’ card or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of employment (required) * Experience in food service or long-term care, especially memory care or assisted living (strongly preferred) * High school diploma or GED (preferred) * Ability to work with patience, sensitivity, and empathy
