Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written). * Valid EU passport (mandatory). * Genuine interest in the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with modern gaming platforms. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new software quickly. * Excellent communication skills, essential for success in this Italian Speaking Gaming Customer Service Support position in Bulgaria. * Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, to fulfill the on-site nature of this role.
