Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement to sell Hansons home improvement services directly to homeowners.
This is a full-time residential D2D, W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation
* Base pay + uncapped commission * On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+ * Bi-Weekly pay * Bonuses and incentives available
What You’ll Do
* Speak with homeowners about Hansons Home Improvement services * Educate customers on available solutions * Help homeowners select the right product * Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations
Requirements
* Strong communication skills * Motivated and goal-oriented * Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods * Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
