Position: Expert Project Manager Type:Contract Compensation:$50–$60/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
* Track project and annotator performance using Google Sheets. * Review annotator quality to ensure high standards. * Handle contributor communications effectively. * Demonstrate high agency and strong organizational skills. * Apply an analytical mindset to enhance LLM training projects. * Own unfamiliar problems from start to finish.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* High agency and strong organizational skills. * Analytical mindset. * Real investment in LLM training projects.
Preferred
* Background in Ops or project management.
