About the role
As a Senior Supplier Development Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will hold a critical role responsible for driving the optimization and improvement of our organization's supplier base. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing supplier performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. In this role, you will impact our organization by leading and managing the supplier development team, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and optimize the supply chain. You will report directly to our Senior Director Supplier Development Engineer, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN and/ or Phoenix, AZ location on a remote work schedule.
You will utilize your expertise in engineering to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of high-quality products.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell Aerospace by driving the development and delivery of heat exchanger packs that meet customer requirements and industry standards. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects and contributing to the growth of our business.
