About the role
LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights and Event customers.
* Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks * Greet customers * Verifying age * Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes * Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks * Processing payments * Managing inventory * Cleaning bar supplies * Upsell items * Create recipes * Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations * Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate. * Ability to use POS systems * Ability to work as a team * Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed. * Other job duties may be assigned
Requirements
* High school diploma, must be over 18 years old * Additional education, training, certificates or experience required * Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol * Available to work nights, weekends and holidays * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Strong task and time management abilities. * Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques * Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods of time * Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs * Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar/barn/or outdoor hut. * Ability to climb stairs * Standing for 6-8 hours may be required. * Moving intermittently during work hours
