We’re looking for an experienced Lead Dining Server who takes pride in polished service and enjoys developing a team. Schedule Options * Full-Time: Weekdays and Weekends | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
What You’ll Do * Lead the dining room during meal service, setting the tone for warm, attentive, and polished hospitality * Get to know residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines so every meal feels personal * Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely * Help plan and execute special events, holiday meals, and family gatherings * Train, mentor, and support new dining team members, and assist with scheduling * Uphold food safety and sanitation standards and help keep the department survey-ready
What You Need to Bring * 3+ years of dining service experience (required) * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * 1+ year as a Lead Server, Shift Lead, or in food service leadership (preferred) * Experience in senior living, fine dining, banquets, or catering (a big plus) * Experience serving special events (preferred)
