As a Test Technician you will be responsible for;
* Executing software, hardware, and system verification test protocols and documenting results. * Managing laboratory equipment, inventory, calibration schedules, and documentation. * Supporting testing activities by maintaining, validating, and troubleshooting test tools and equipment. * Working from engineering drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical instructions. * Supporting equipment setup, shipping, receiving, and traceability activities. * Collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to support product development and testing needs. * Identifying process improvements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
Qualifications;
* 3+ years of technical experience in a laboratory, testing, engineering, or product development environment. * Experience executing test procedures and documenting results. * Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. * Experience maintaining, calibrating, or managing laboratory and test equipment. * Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Prior lab management, hardware testing, or prototype testing experience preferred. * Experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, or other regulated industries preferred.
Salary Range: $25 - $30/hr
Location: Onsite in Louisville, CO
