* Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. * Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions. * Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. * Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. * Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. * Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Requirements:
* Native or near native level of Portuguese * Good level of English
