Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Ads Specialistto support their creative content, social media presence, and digital advertising initiatives. They operate in the specialty coffee industry, where brand identity, product presentation, and customer engagement play an important role in business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising to create engaging content that supports brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
* Designvisuallyappealingdigitalassetsforsocialmedia,marketingcampaigns,andpromotionalinitiatives.
* CreateandadaptgraphicsforInstagram,Facebook,andotherrelevantdigitalplatforms.
* Supporttheplanning,development,andpublicationofsocialmediacontent.
* Assistwithpaidsocialadvertisingcampaigns,includingcreativedevelopment,campaignsetup,andbasicperformancemonitoring.
* Maintainaconsistentbrandidentityacrossmarketingmaterialsanddigitalchannels.
* Collaboratewithinternalstakeholderstotranslatemarketingideasintoengagingvisualcontent.
* Editandoptimizeexistingcreativeassetsfordifferentplatforms,formats,andcampaignobjectives.
* Monitorsocialmediaengagementandidentifyopportunitiestoimprovecontentperformance.
* Organizecreativefiles,contentcalendars,andcampaignassetstoensureefficientworkflows.
* Stayinformedaboutsocialmediatrends,designpractices,anddigitaladvertisingopportunitiesrelevanttoconsumerbrands.
Requirements
* Experienceingraphicdesign,socialmediacontentcreation,ordigitalmarketing.
* Abilitytodevelopengaginggraphicsforsocialmediaandpromotionalcampaigns.
* WorkingknowledgeofMetaAdsManager,includingbasiccampaignmanagementandperformancetracking.
* Familiaritywithsocialmediaplatforms,particularlyInstagramandFacebook.
* ProficiencyindesigntoolssuchasCanva,AdobePhotoshop,orAdobeIllustrator.
* Strongunderstandingofvisualbranding,composition,typography,anddigitalcontentformats.
* Abilitytomanagemultiplecreativetasksindependentlyandmeetdeadlines.
* Strongcommunicationandorganizationalskills.
* Comfortableworkingremotelyandcollaboratingwithadistributedteam.
* EnglishproficiencysufficientforcommunicatingwithaU.S.-basedclientandunderstandingcreativebriefs.
Qualifications
* Previousexperiencesupportingsocialmediamarketingforconsumer-facingbusinesses.
* Aportfolioshowcasinggraphicdesignwork,socialmediacreatives,oradvertisingassets.
* Understandingofpaidsocialadvertisingconcepts,includingaudiencetargeting,adformats,andcampaignobjectives.
* Familiaritywithcontentschedulingtoolsandbasicsocialmediaanalytics.
* Experienceinthefoodandbeverage,hospitality,lifestyle,orretailindustriesisaplus.
* Basicvideoeditingskillsforshort-formcontent,includingInstagramReels,aredesirable.
* Formaleducationingraphicdesign,marketing,communications,orarelatedfieldisbeneficialbutnotmandatory.
