Role Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct remote health screenings using a provided screening tool to determine participant eligibility for a health-related study. Qualified participants will be scheduled for onsite study sessions. This role does not involve diagnosis or medical treatment.
Role Responsibilities
* Conduct remote participant health assessments using a standardized screening protocol.
* Determine participant eligibility based on predefined health criteria.
* Schedule qualified participants for onsite study sessions.
* Communicate participant eligibility and any special accommodations to the study team.
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and study requirements.
Required Skills
* Ability to conduct structured remote health assessments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and protocol adherence.
* Knowledge of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
* Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in cardiac care or exercise physiology is a plus.
* Telehealth or remote screening experience.
