Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality one-on-one care to a client in Short Hills, New Jersey.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys personalized care, building meaningful client relationships, and working independently in a home care setting.
What We Offer
* Competitive Pay: $45 per hour
* Schedule: 2 × 12-hour shifts
* Flexible Shifts: Days or nights
* Day Shift: 8 AM–8 PM
* Night Shift: 8 PM–8 AM
* One-on-One Care
* Supportive clinical and administrative team

What You’ll Do
* Provide compassionate nursing care based on the client’s individualized care plan
* Administer medications and prescribed treatments
* Monitor the client’s condition and communicate changes appropriately
* Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
* Assist with activities of daily living
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Support the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
* Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team
What We’re Looking For
* Active New Jersey LPN License
* 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Strong communication and clinical skills
* Reliable, compassionate, and professional
* Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
