The Full Stack Developer builds and maintains production software across backend, frontend, databases, integrations, data workflows, and AI-enabled features supporting lead-tracking and customer-acquisition systems.

What You'll Do

* Design, build, test, and maintain production features using clean, maintainable Ruby on Rails code. * Engineer high-throughput lead capture, scoring, assignment, tracking, and reporting workflows. * Integrate production-grade LLM capabilities, structured outputs, tool calling, and automated data extraction. * Build and maintain third-party integrations, including CRMs, payment gateways, SMS/email, analytics, APIs, and webhooks. * Build responsive frontend experiences using JavaScript, React, Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus, or comparable approaches. * Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries. * Maintain automated testing, code-review discipline, production monitoring, secure PII/consent handling, and audit logging.

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining production Ruby on Rails applications. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical software-engineering experience. * Advanced Ruby on Rails and relational database skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL). * Experience with data pipelines and high-throughput production systems. * Experience embedding LLM APIs and structured AI workflows. * Strong REST/webhook/OAuth and asynchronous processing knowledge (e.g., Sidekiq/Resque). * Automated testing experience (RSpec/Minitest) and knowledge of OWASP/security practices.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with consent-management, lead-generation, marketing technology, or other privacy-sensitive systems. * Experience with high-volume integrations and production observability.

Work Schedule and Location Remote – International. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide. The role requires sufficient overlap for engineering collaboration, standups, reviews, and releases. The exact schedule and engagement arrangements will be defined during the hiring process.

Reliable internet, a secure remote work environment, and appropriate protection of company and customer information are required.
