HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Ocean Freight Exports Specialist is responsible for managing sea and air freight export operations from Americas manufacturing plants to global destinations.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Coordinate ocean export shipment allocations * Prepare export and customs documentation * Maintain accurate reporting * Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing
Strategic Responsibilities:
* Oversee third-party logistics providers * Monitor and drive supplier performance * Support contract administration * Manage transportation-related financials

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, or related field * 0-2 years of professional experience in ocean freight, exports, and/or logistics operations * 0-2 years of experience supporting/managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives * Less than 1 year of leadership experience * Exposure to Power BI and SAP * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Ability to travel up to 20% * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
