Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a home setting? Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a medically complex pediatric patient in Freehold, NJ.

Freehold, NJ
* Pediatric patient diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD * Skilled nursing interventions include: * G-tube care and feedings * Compression vest treatments * PRN oxygen administration * Chest port monitoring and care * Requires ongoing assessment, skilled nursing oversight, and close monitoring of changes in condition
⭐ What You'll Do
* Provide skilled 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home * Perform comprehensive nursing assessments * Manage and monitor G-tube feedings and medications * Assess respiratory status and administer PRN oxygen as ordered * Provide airway clearance therapies, including compression vest treatments * Monitor for and respond to seizure activity * Access and monitor chest port per physician orders and agency policy * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, family members, and the clinical team * Educate caregivers on care plans and treatment goals * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
⭐ Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr
⭐ What You Bring
* Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License * Pediatric home care experience preferred * G-tube experience preferred * Current BLS Certification * Strong assessment and critical thinking skills * Authorized to work in the United States * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred * Physical exam within the last 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) * Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
