About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity where you'll leverage cutting-edge technology and a proven sales process to help customers bring their vision to life.

Your Responsibilities
* Present our proprietary in-home sales presentation using an iPad * Build rapport and educate homeowners on our products and services * Design customized bath solutions using company software * Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales * Participate in weekly sales training and development programs * Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Previous in-home sales experience preferred * Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus * Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally * Confidence presenting to homeowners in their homes * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success * Professional appearance and outgoing personality * Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
