CNC Lathe Operator

The CNC Lathe Operator will: * Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts to print specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. * Select proper tooling and fixtures for each job. * Load raw materials and monitor machining processes. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) * Make basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality standards. * Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. * Document production data, including quantities, defects and machine performance. * Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and quality teams as needed. * Complies with all Butech Bliss safety rules. * Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: * Ability to read blueprints and understand (GD&T) (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing ) preferred * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Basic math and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirement * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Industrial/manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and material handling. * Requires use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel‑toe boots. * May require overtime or weekend work depending on production needs.
Education And/or Experience: * High School diploma or GED required * Technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred * 1-3+ years of CNC lathe operating experience (or entry -level with training)
