Your Day-to-Day - Provide attentive, client-first service - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
What We're Looking For - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Strong communication and people skills - Work authorization in the United States - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
