Your Day-to-Day - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
What We're Looking For - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
