We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Content Operations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is a blend of editorial creativity and operational rigor. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of platform content, from copywriting and scheduling to quality assurance and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive troubleshooter who can maintain brand integrity while optimizing content for user engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute the content strategy by managing the daily content programming calendar. * Draft compelling, platform-specific copy for promotional materials and user-facing components. * Manage the scheduling and deployment of promotional assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Support lifecycle marketing efforts through the creation and distribution of email campaigns. * Rigorously enforce Brand Safety guidelines to protect the platform’s integrity and user experience. * Perform meticulous quality checks on all user-facing components to ensure functionality and visual accuracy. * Create, update, and maintain internal wikis and documentation for new platform features and operational workflows. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth department scaling. * Monitor content performance and platform health. * Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable navigating CMS platforms, scheduling tools, and data analytics software. * Strong attention to detail. * Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (or willing to commute). * Quantitative data analysis experience preferred. * Bilingual in English and Korean is required.

Salary Range and Description
$55,000 - $75,000 / annually Please note, the above range is listed in USD.
