What You’ll Do
* Coordinate caregiver schedules so every client shift is consistently and appropriately staffed * Work with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and keep availability records accurate * Monitor daily schedules and quickly resolve call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps * Serve as the main contact for scheduling questions from clients and caregivers * Keep accurate documentation, maintain compliance, and provide on-call support for after-hours staffing needs
What You’ll Need
* 1 year of home care scheduling experience (required) * Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required) * Must be at least 18 years old * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred * CNA experience preferred
