About the role
We are growing again! We are adding a Door Parts Builder to our Production Team in Monroe, GA. Tucker Door & Trim is a premier wholesale distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork for the construction industry. The Door Parts Builder fabricates and builds door jambs, Brickmold an Casing lengths/hoops and other pre-hung door installation parts.
* $18/hr * Full Time * Monday to Friday * 6am to 3pm * Health Benefits, PTO, 401k
Requirements * Experience with Power Tools such as Table Saws, Miter Saws, Drills, Nail Guns * Familiar with any of the following; construction, renovation, furniture assembly, cabinet installs, wood working, flooring installation, or deck and fence building * Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th on an inch and reduce fractions of an inch to a common denominator (8/16" = 1/2") * Ability to consistently lift, push, pull, adjust 100lbs throughout the shift
Skills * The willingness to be trained and open to learning new concepts. * The ability to read and follow written instruction in English. * Reading a measuring device accurately to 1/16 of an inch is essential.
