What You’ll Do
Delivery & Driving
* Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts * Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites * Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly * Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations) * Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here
Warehouse Support
* Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners * Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory * Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) * Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization * Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
Safety & Standards
* Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures * Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace * Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
What We’re Looking For
* Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred) * DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards * Warehouse and delivery experience * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Ability to lift 75+ lbs * Strong attention to detail and reliability
