Hiring Trainees CDL-A for refrigerated OTR routes.
Pay & Miles
* $1,000–$1,200 average weekly pay * OTR: 2,600–2,800 miles/week * All loaded and empty dispatched miles paid * $0.04 CPM performance bonus
Typically the training is 4 weeks for trainees.
Position Details
* 100% no-touch refrigerated freight * Approximately 50% drop & hook * Assigned Kenworth T680 – no slip seating * Rider and pet programs available * 24/7 dispatch
Requirements
* Local experience does not count * Recent CDL graduates may qualify with completion of an approved 120-hour driving school within the past 6 months * Must meet company driving, employment, safety, and background requirements * TWIC required; company can assist with obtaining it
