Responsibilities
* Deliver premium hair services with confidence and consistency * Conduct thorough consultations using The Color Bar’s service systems * Build and maintain a loyal guest base * Manage time effectively to stay on schedule * Educate guests on home care and maintenance * Uphold salon cleanliness, safety, and brand standards * Participate in required education, meetings, and training * Contribute positively to team culture and salon growth
Requirements
* Valid cosmetology license * Strong technical foundation with a desire to continue learning * Professional appearance and communication * Reliable, punctual, and accountable * Coachable and growth-minded * Comfortable working toward measurable goals * Commitment to guest experience and long-term career development
