This opportunity suits recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, along with anyone who enjoys working in a people-focused, service-driven environment. With full training, inbound client leads, and an established mentorship program, you can build a long-term, meaningful career from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Qualifications - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position
