At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, Food & Beverage brings energy to every space—from restaurants and bars to events and live experiences. Our F&B team delivers service that is confident, fast-paced, and guest-focused, in line with Hard Rock standards.
We are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Operations Team Members to support daily serviceat Cyana Greek restaurant and hotel outlets.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Food & Beverage roles:
* F&B Supervisor * Sommelier * Head Waiter * F&B Server * F&B Runner * Hostess/Usher
Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.
What we’re looking for:
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service * Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment (preferred) * Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced operations * Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays * Candidates must currently be based in Malta or Europe and be eligible to work in Malta or be able to meet the applicable work authorization requirements
