At Galt, you'll work alongside driven professionals who are passionate about delivering better outcomes for patients while continuously learning and growing. We value innovation, accountability, and work-life balance, offering flexibility and autonomy that allow our employees to thrive both professionally and personally.

Benefits include:

* Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Life and disability insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays * Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options * Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
