Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, fast-paced individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Donation Attendant positions at our Midland store located at 2030 N. Saginaw Rd, Midland MI
$15.00 an hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals donating to Goodwill. * Greet donors with a friendly, professional greeting. * Help donors safely transport their donations from their vehicle to the back room. * Assist with customer and donor concerns, addressing them in a professional manner. * Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form * Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the back room and on the sales floor. * Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

* Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned. * Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds * Ability to reach, bend or stoop? * Ability to stand six to eight hours a day * Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques. * Ability to use a pallet jack * Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation traffic
