Your Role as a Caregiver
As a member of our caregiving team, you will help seniors maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations.
* Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
* Preparing nutritious meals and providing medication reminders.
* Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
* Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
* Assisting with errands and transportation as needed.
* Following individualized care plans and reporting changes in clients’ conditions.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years of paid professional caregiving experience through an agency.
* A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
* A genuine commitment to providing quality care.
* A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable positions.
* Willingness to complete required background checks and onboarding procedures.
* Strong communication skills and respect for clients’ dignity and privacy.
