What You'll Do
* Design, build, and maintain critical parts of the product.
* Develop reliable full-stack features that help users work more efficiently.
* Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy and relevance.
* Experiment with models, frameworks, and agent techniques, then deploy promising approaches and improve them using user feedback and data.
* Improve complex legacy code to support greater structure and scalability.
* Build infrastructure and automation for data-intensive and AI workloads.
* Work closely with the founding team as a hands-on, high-ownership engineer.
What We're Looking For
* Typically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, or relevant projects and other evidence of capability.
* Strong full-stack and backend product-building experience, including production systems and cloud environments.
* Fluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.
* Practical experience building or operating AI/ML systems, including LLM integration, benchmarking, fine-tuning, and production experimentation.
* Comfort working with complex codebases, engineering for scale, and automating systems.
* Independent, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong computer science fundamentals and an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, startups, or entrepreneurial projects is helpful.
