Overview
* Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a PL/SQL Developer specializing in Oracle Forms & Reports to support our US Government client. * This will be a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position. * Must be a US Citizen. * SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
Responsibilities
* Provide expertise and direction in the development and/or modification of computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems. * Use expertise to design, develop, code, test, and debug software. * Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. * Provide analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases. * Provide basic design, build or maintenance of software, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media. * Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems. * Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. * 5+ years of Oracle related experience required. * Solid PL/SQL experience. * Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS 12c or higher. * Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports. * Oracle APEX experience is a PLUS. * Prior experience working with Agile Methodology. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship). * Must be to obtain DoD Public Trust clearance. * Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. * Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years. Military Service excluded.
