This position requires membership in the St. Louis Laborers Union (McGrath will assist with sponsorship if needed).
What you’ll actually be doing:
* Performing concrete labor tasks including: * Form setup and breakdown * Blocking, strike-off, and finishing support * Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and organization * Supporting demolition and general labor tasks * Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed * Following all safety procedures and identifying jobsite hazards * Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership
What we’re looking for:
* Concrete labor experience (journeyman level preferred) * 3+ years of construction experience * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * OSHA 30 certification preferred
