Responsibilities
* Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective in two-week sprints. * Keep sprint backlogs, impediments, risks and Agile metrics current in VA Jira. * Coach the team and the VA Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practice. * Feed team objectives, capacity and dependencies into PI Planning. * Escalate risks and blockers to the Release Train Engineer and program leadership.
Qualifications
* 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile coach. * Experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train. * Jira administration of sprint boards and metrics.
Desired Skills:
* VA or federal health program experience. * SAFe 6.0 practice. * Coaching product owners on backlog refinement.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree. * SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) required; SAFe Advanced Scrum Master a plus.
Clearance:
* Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.
Location:
* Remote, USA.
Pay Range:
* The suggested pay for this position ranges from $80,546 to $92,875. * The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. * Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. * TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
