Position Summary:
Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family.
Compensation Range:
* Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $55,000-$65,000 * Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$77,000
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
Schedule:
* Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 8am-4pm * Virtual IOP Programming + Outpatient Caseload
How Therapists Empower Recovery:
* Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan. * Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs. * Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals. * Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices. * Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns. * Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies. * Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning. * Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.
Qualifications:
* Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Minnesota * Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required. * Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required. * Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
