💰 Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity
🕒 Full-time

🔹 What You’ll Own
LEAD THE STUDIO BUSINESS
* Drive membership sales and retention * Manage daily operations and staffing * Execute local marketing and outreach
BUILD A STRONG TEAM
* Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists * Set expectations and track performance * Develop future leaders
RUN THE NUMBERS
* Monitor KPIs and revenue goals * Identify issues early and act quickly * Keep the studio on track week-to-week

* Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business * Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals * Strong organization and follow-through * Confident leading conversations and coaching staff * High-ownership mindset
