About the role
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including data models, stories, and dashboards, adhering to best practices and performance optimization techniques. * Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAC solutions. * Utilize advanced scripting capabilities in SAC to enhance functionality and address complex business scenarios. * Design and implement data integration solutions, leveraging SAC's connectivity options to source data from various systems such as SAP ERP, SAP BW, and external databases. * Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SAC solutions, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective resolutions. * Stay abreast of the latest SAP SAC features and updates, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on existing solutions. * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and proficiency in SAP SAC development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SAC development, with a strong understanding of SAC architecture and capabilities. * Proficiency in SAC data modeling concepts, including creating data sources, dimensions, measures, and calculated fields. * Extensive experience with SAC story design, layout customization, and interactive data visualization techniques. * Solid grasp of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar integration tools for connecting SAC with on-premises and cloud-based data sources. * In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL for data manipulation and transformation tasks within SAC. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements to design scalable and maintainable SAC solutions. * Immediate availability for remote work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within project timelines.
