Requirements
Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Hostess responsibilities;
* Exceed our guest’s expectations
* Requires knowledge of all aspects of excellent quality restaurant service
* Great positive attitude, having fun and collaborate as team
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all restaurant areas
* In charge of the hostess team
* Manage all Reservation & Events requests
How to succeed as Waiter at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;
* Proven experience as a hostess in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant or motivation and willingness to learn and develop
* Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising in quality
